Improper initial quote; truck filthy & too small (noted beer bottles); insufficient number of workers; non supply of specified containers; non wrapping of items taken from house; scrapes/gouges into walls and door jams; lead worker left half-way through move & never returned; time of move lengthened due to needing to get a second truck & only 2 workers; nicked and gouged furniture; destroyed lamp and chair; droppage of containers/appliances resulting in further breakage & destruction of outside stucco; rude & inappropriate remarks from new lead worker; dispute over final bill; did not carry full replacement insurance - only 60 cents per lb!; company too small & ill-equiped for house move; further dispute with owner and zero satisfaction.
