Bad service
This company sells poor quality products and does not
guarantee their work. They do not even respond to
calls that require repairs. They sell expensive
products, do poor installations and then simply walk
away. They will not respond to the Better Business
Bureau complaints either.

I purchased a vanishing screen door for french doors
at $600.00 from this company, within months it started
unraveling and falling apart. Even though I called and
emailed repeatedly, asking for repairs that I was
willing to pay for, they never would respond.
I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business
Bureau and then a month later, they called me and
left a message that they would take a look at the
screen. When I returned the call and emailed again
several more times, I never got another response. This
was last August. I realize that they do not respond
and cannot do repairs. The company who distributes
the screens.
