We, regretably, paid in full in good faith before the job was complete due to economical challenges Blue Tide owner was having. Unfortunately the job was never completed. Now, over 3 months since the start of this project and over $35K for a full kitchen and 2 bath renovation, we are left not only with minor cosmetic incompletions, but NO upper cabinets as well as plumbing and electrical issues. We had to hire a plumber and electrician to finish contracted work to utilize one of the bathrooms. Checks to subcontractors and vendors from Blue Tide have bounced or have never recieived payment. We are the eyesore of the neighborhood with an overflowing dumpster that the company will not remove until Blue Tide pays. We have attempted to contact Blue Tide owner to resolve these issues but keep getting the runaround. His name is Rich Drezek. He has no full time employees, they are all paid off the books if he pays them at all. Truly a devastating experience in this already devasting economy.
