Purchased a spas 2 years ago. I have had nothing but problems since the hook up. Radio and dvd went out almost immediately and have been trying to get it fixed since. Their customer service is the worst i have ever seen. I have been sending them e-mails and have only a few responded to. As of now 4/30/2011 the spa is in the same shape as it was after everything quit and they won't even respond to me now. They talk a good talk to get you to purchase the tub then do NOTHING to remedy any problems that arise. I will be writing a better complaint to the BBB as soon as I am done with this one. Buyers beware this company is only looking for your money and could careless about you or the product after delivery.
