Broken
Went to work for them. Sold pools for them. I have never been more deceived. Now after working for them for 6 weeks. The only thing I have to show for it is a broke down car. Broken relationship and a broken spirt. I will tell you this. They should be put in prison for not paying there employees. You would not believe how bad they treat there reps. Stupid people. The reps are what makes the company. I guess they just keep hiring new ones. Do not go to work for them you will be very sorry.

Funny
I called about a pool I saw on TV for $399 and a sales person came out to my home. The sales person told me the pool for $399 was not a good pool, that it was cheap and would cost too much to keep up for my families use. The man told me that the more expensive pool was the best way to go because it would be cheaper to keep clean. He said it was a chemical free pool, that once a month I would need to put a cheap bottle of bleach in it and that is all it took to keep it clean and in use. He said that I would spend two or three hundred a month to keep the $399 pool clean due to buying the chemicals for it. He said all I need for the more expensive pool was around .89 cents a month. He told me that the pool that was advertised on TV was cheaply made and in a year or two would need to be replaced and was a waste of money.
He said that it was going to cost me a lot to get the cheaper pool because I would have to get sand hauled in and a bulldozer to clean the site and it would have to be inspected before they would sell me the pool. He told me it was a waste of time and money to buy the $399 for it to mess up in a short time and I should want to improve the value of my home with the expensive pool. He said the value of my home would increase and if I wanted to sell, it would make it easier due to the value of the pool and the look of the home. He said I wouldn't have one of the $399 pool if it was given to me. I told him I didn't want to spend that much money on a pool.
Then he said ,"Well, I have some incentives I can throw in to make it cheaper for you because I like you." He said if I agreed to use the pool as a show poo,l he could deduct a certain amount off the pool. Then he said, "I can call my boss and see if I can use my personal discount to save you even more money." Then he called and I spoke to the manger of the company who offered to drop more off the price of the pool. So I told the sales person after I got off the phone I still didn't know if I wanted to buy the pool. Then he started to push, "Well, I have spent here all this time and did all this work and used my personal discounts and you won't regret it". He said, "When I leave, you won't be able to get the discounts I offered you; the deal will be over." I felt pressured and like I had done the man wrong for not buying the pool so I agreed to buy the expensive pool.
Later that night, I called and left a message on the manager's answer machine saying I changed my mind and didn't want the pool. I stopped payment on the check. I got a call a few days later about the payment and that I had to have the cancellation in writing to the company within 3 days of signing the paper work. I never was told there was a time limit on the cancellation process. It was not shown to me at the time of sale. The lady told me I had to either pay the down payment or pay a percentage of the cost of the pool to cancel the contact or they would take me to court for the price of the pool. They also told me of a loan on my home they could enforce if I didn't honor the contract. So, I have been paying on this pool and it costs too much to keep up. I can't even use it anymore due to the chemicals which cost too much. It was a lie when the man said it was chemical free. I feel wronged and I feel I have wasted all the money I have paid on the pool.

$299.00 pool
saw the add on tv for a $299.00 blue world pool 15'x24' w/ liner, ladder, pump, filter and vacuum kit so I called the 1-800 # to find out what the catch was. If it sounds to good to be true then it always is. I first logged onto the website and read the fine print about having to hire a lawyer to read the contract and liability release, then needed to supply them with the deed to my property ( HAHAHA) and also have my credit checked, then sit thru a 90 minute sales pitch and have my site inspected to see if I qualify for the pool. Then if I did qualify they would come out and install the pool for FREE ($299.00 pool installed for free/ ARE YOU KIDDING ME?)
I asked the rep who answered the phone if I could come to the office in Atlanta GA (no address listed on the website at all and no address was given when I asked) and pay my $299.00 to pick up the pool myself. Also since I am the homeowner I do not need a lawyer to review any paperwork to release them from any liability since all that is needed is my signature and I had no problem with that. I did not need my credit checked since I was not entering into any loan or contract with them and just wanted the $299.00 pool. THEY SAID NO AND I HAD TO DO ALL OF THAT RIDICULOUS SONG AND DANCE FOR A $299.00 POOL.
People if thats not enough to convince you to stay away then ask yourself when is the last time you googled a website and had one return for that website followed by HUNDREDS of online complaints lodged againts these idiots. If you fall for this gimmick after reading these complaints you deserve everything your gonna get.
Hey Sean do me a favor and call me at 1 800 328 7448 and explain to me what it was your parents did to you to make you such a disgrace to the human race.
One last thing, I have had a above ground pool from Kmart for 3 yrs now, I take great care of it and keep it very clean and have had no problems with my 18' wide x 4' deep blow up pool that is so easy to take down when the season ends and put back up in less than an hour. I paid $199.00 for it and feel that I have more than my money's worth if it only last thru this season. Trust me, if you take care of it then it will take care of you! all of this laughing at this company has made me sweat and its 93degrees today so I think I'll close now and go get in my Kmart blow up pool with crystal clear 80 degree water and drink a beer...

Stalking
I filled out the online request form for more information on Blue World Pools . I have an above ground pool, but thought I might replace it with a newer one. I asked to be contacted during the afternoon.
I felt stalked by this company. I received a call at 8:56pm, 8:59pm, 9:58am, 10:11am, 12:11am and again at 12:30am. Within a little more than a 16-hour span. I had asked to be removed from their call list, as I no longer want to do business them.

scam
I contacted Blue World about a pool and left a message for them to call me back. In the mean time I looked up reviews for the company and seeing that they were all bad decided not to talk to them. Well not only do they call about 40 times a day they have also gave my cell number to telemarketers. I receive texts all night and all day. The last text I got from a company last night was 2 a.m. I have had this cell number for 12 years and have never received a unwanted call. So i called Blue World Pools and told them I did not want one of thier pools and to delete my phone number and quit giving out my cell number and he said he would remove my number and the texts should stop! We will see.

Scam / Deceptive Advertisement
Called Blue World Pools on a Friday night about the Econoline Pool for $399 advertised on tv. They called me 16 times by Monday evening to set an appointment. When they came out, I was told the rep had to stay for 90 minutes or he would lose his job. Never discussed the econoline pool, never looked at the site, and he didn't answer any questions relating to pool preparation. His only goal was to sale a 10, 000 Midline pool. He had a paper that had eight steps mandatory to purchase econoline pool ... one of the steps was $300, 000 General Liability insurance! This is bull***t, and I asked how many people completed that step to purchase the econoline ... answer: zero! Of course with the midline pool, you didn't have to worry about any of those eight steps. I looked on their terms of service on their website, and it was nowhere to be found about $300K of any kind of insurance. The rep didn't even have his own cell phone, and called his manager 3 times within 90 minutes. They are using advertisements that is very deceptive, they are liars, and they have falsified paperwork to make people think there is only one way to go ... with the Midline model pools. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Poor Quality Product and Instalation
We were lied to about the whole deal! chemical free, no way, was a total lie. the installer damaged the top rim with his tractor and tried to hide the damage with the steps. The floor has lumps and holes all in it. The pool is 3 inches out of level. I constructed a deck around a portion of the pool. A different installer did come out and reinstalled a new pool but it is still 3 inches out of level there are more lumps and holes in the floor and he didn’t line it up with the deck. I’ve had to replace pump parts several times, they refuse to waranty my pool. I am very dissatisfied and will never recomend this company. As a matter of fact my parents were going to get one also and I talked them out of it. They bought a pool from Kenco pools in Marshall, Tx and it turned out great. Great product and great instalation. Imagine that. Blue World Pools or Global Sun Pools are not a reputable company. They are dishonest and do not stand behind their product!
