Ordered a product from site 15 Feb 2011, Not recevied as of 25 Mar. Have c tried to contact through site. Have been in contact 4 times with live operator who continues to state it's been shipped. Last time went on live chat operator disconnected as soon as he saw it was me. Worst site ion the web *********RIP OFF*********
