For example, a student contacted me regarding her Word 2007 instructor. First thing, he tells the class he knows nothing about Word 2007 and that he has never used it before. If they have a question they should ask another instructor. WHY WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE TO TEACH A CLASS WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE SUBJECT!?

The credits won't transfer to another school and most businesses won't hire Brown Mackie graduates.
