This is by far the worst customer service that I have seen from an online air ticket agency.

The staff is very rude and not willing to work with you to accomodate your needs, even if they are at fault. They are also very unresponsive to customer inquiries. You will not get your calls returned.

Don't waste your money on this agency. It is not worth the little bit that you'll save.

There are far more established agencies that will treat you with respect and will give the service that you need.
