I ordered an xecuter 2x programmer on september 12th, 2007. I checked my bank statement, saw that the transaction went through smoothly and figured I would be receiving my item soon. Two weeks pass, and no xecuter 2x programmer... I politely sent a message to merchant on their internet help forum on the 25th -- no response. i message them several more times over a course of a week or so, still, no response from the merchant. frankly, i feel neglected and insulted as a customer. it seems as though they do not value their customers enough to consult them about either their item or the money they took. I suppose that they may simply be out of stock on the particular item i ordered, but had they just told me that, i would not feel upset about their business. I would never recommend these guys to anyone -- their relatively low prices are no compensation for their lack of customer service. do not buy from this company.
