Purchased a new 325Ci convertible and I did not even have 3,200 miles before I had to take it to the dealer to have the drives seat (window side) repaired. The beige leather seat just wore down to white, like a cheap gardening glove. Then two weeks later the same thing is happening and now they said that I gouged it. The regional rep. told the dealer that it is not a manf. defect so they will not pay to replace the seat. The dealer has fixed it again and it looks terrible. A $43,000 car that drives great and the seat looks like it has 95,000 miles on it and it only has now 3,400 miles. How do I get them to replace the seat. I love the car but the company does not stand behind their product. I work for an advertising company and believe me I am going to start letting everyone know what they are really like at BMW.
