I leased a Mini cooper from Main Line MINI AKA BMW financial Services Lease, At the end of my lease BMW hired a Company to inspect my car (AUTIVin). My car
is in perfect condition and he (John Wilson) could not find a problem so he reported hood dings from road dirt which are unavoidable all cars leased or not cannot avoid them. He report that as excess wear & tear and assigned a repair price of $450 to reapir. I called BMW Lease consultant and he reduced the charge to $250 but I would lose my deposit. I asked for an independant 3rd party to review the AutoVin condition Report (or appeal) he refused they have no such appeal. It appears there is conlusion between BMW and the AutoVin Inpection Co, they must find a problem to earn there fee theyt charge BMW.
