BOARD30 Albuquerque is a high-intensity interval training community experience for all levels where 30 minute classes provide an effective full-body workout. BOARD 30 uses only a board, resistance bands, and a few other small tools to help you make a total transformation.

BOARD30 ABQ has classes 7 days a week, with early morning classes for our early risers, and classes throughout the day and evening. Everyone is welcome and we pride ourselves on our inclusive community.
