My complaint is two employees using foul language in front of me and my six year old son. We took our Subaru Forester there for oil change service. In order to pass the waiting time we ventured onto the showroom floor and that is where two male salesman were both talking to each other, both using foul language. We quickly left the showroom and went back to the service area waiting room where I had to explain to my six year old son that he should not repeat any of the bad foul language he heard and I also told my son those men should not have used them either. That was unprofessional, inappropriate and unacceptable for them to use foul language out in the open public area of the sales floor. We have never been back, we take our car to another Subaru dealership.
