I purchased a Certified Pre Owned vehicle from Bob Baker Chrysler Jeep on the 17th of November. The car came with a 30 day, 3 month bumper to bumper warranty in addition to the remaining, extended Manufacturer Warranty for 6 years/80k miles.

Within the first week of owning this vehicle, the brakes started to pulsate abnormally. Made an appoiuntment 6 days after purchase to have them checked out. This would be covered under the 3 month/3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. After they looked at my car, they state the car has been driven off a curb at 40 mph IN MY POSESSION and it will cost $1780 to fix the problems.

At no time during my short ownership of this vehicle did I or my husband DRIVE OVER A CURB AT 40 MPH! They basically called me a liar to my face and said to file an insurance claim. I told them there would be no way I would file a FRAUDULENT INSURANCE CLAIM since I was not in an accident in my short time owning this vehicle.

They said too bad. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They sold me a car that has problems and will not honor the warranty they swear by.
