I purchased a car from them. They are the worst about customer service. I even spoke with the general manager Shelly Bolin, she never returned my call after she said she would. I tried calling several times to be blown off and sent to her voice message. The other deal Deke, what an asshole. You do NOT ever want to purchase a car from Bobby Ford.
