What an amazing place. I have never done Pilates and have done no exercise classes for nearly thirty years. Doing reformer mat and barre has improved my agility and balance. I feel better and even happier. The instructors are friendly and explain everything really well and the atmosphere in the classes is enjoyable. Love my classes.
