I bought twice from this store recently. The first order was about $120 and only $20 of my product was shipped. Tired to dispute the charge over a month ago and they are taking their sweet time responding so it's still in pending for our refund. Thinking it was an honest mistake with a refund coming I decided to give it another try a few weeks ago and used my secured amex card in case it happened again....and it did! Half the items were not sent and I am currently in dispute for that refund. They don't have a phone contact anymore and they say they will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours. This is not so. They have ignored most of my e-mails. They acknowledged once they would refund and never did and ignored all of my follow up e-mails since. Recent sale items were cheap quality. Pictures on the site look great and actual product is so cheap I wouldn't even pay $1 for most of it! BEWARE: You cannot return sales items even if it was damaged! They do send you damaged inventory! I got some of them! :(

This site is a cheater site. Before I bought an item from this site, there was nowhere mentioned that they will charge me shipping if I return an item though that item was sent under free shipping. I had communicated a lot with them over phone before making the order. When I recevied the item, it had a new thing mentioned on the a paper which was sent alongwith the item that in case I return the item, they will deduct shipping amount from my return though that item was shipped under free shipping. That was so bad, if you have any clause like that, the same should be mentioned earlier & also on the website. Later when I contacted them, I was told that I need to talk to manager who was on leave so she will get back whenever she is back but as expected she never reverted back. And the shipping amount they deducted is much more than what I actually paid while returning the item. And the cheating they did is that that they modified their site & added the new clause which had come to me as a surprise with the item, so that I can't debate further. And they never replied back to my email. They are $#*!tttttttt people. Very very poor customer service. Never ever buy from this site.
