Bond is terrible. I would never recommend them. They hardly ever came by, and only did so after I reminded them. I had to do so three times. They also did not always examine each termite trap, just most of them. They also supposedly checked traps even though dirt was still packed on the periphery of some of the traps in such a way that it was obvious they weren’t inspected.

When I called their phone number to complain they just gave me excuses. I had to watch them when they worked to make sure they did their job, unfortunately I was usually at work when they came. They also just wrote their inspection report one time on a scrap piece of paper or a card, instead of an official inspection receipt. Pathetic. More than once they were four months between visits, which were supposed to be monthly.
