Hypnotherapy is a beautiful non invasive safe process where the client is instrumental in creating their own healing. Over the years I have been astounded at how effective and gentle this process can be. Children are highly intuitive and respond extremely well to “hypnotic day dream” stories that are imbedded with subtle positive suggestions that can create deep behavioural and emotional change.
