More than a half year ago I have ordered several books from the Book Depository. More than 80% of them never arrived. I have gone through great lengths with them to give the postage company more time, to complain with the postage company, etc.
But in the end I demanded a refund.
They promised to do so. After a while I checked with my creditcard company. Nothing received.
I contacted the Book Depository again. They said the credit card company had refused the return, because of a change in the card. Well, my number had remained the same all the time, I only got a new copy with a new expiry date. Anyway the Book Depository should have notified me about this, it should not have been me to investigate with them.
They they said they would send a cheque instead. Never received. I reminded them several times. First they assured me it would be on its way. But now months have passed again, nothing happened.
Are they the Crook Depository?
