I ordered a book from FNAC that was marked as 'disponible, en stock' (available, in stock) on January 7th. Today, January 26th, almost 3 weeks later the book has not arrived. Tracing my order it says 'in preparation... 19th to 26th January'. Yet on their website they are still saying this particular book is available in 4 to 8 days.
The company hasn't bothered to email me to tell me there would be this unacceptable delay. I only ordered from them rather than another supplier because they claimed it was immediately available. Sharp practice!
