I placed order # 42961894 on October 23, 2008 for a book titled August Rush, plus the DVD of the same name. I have received the DVD, but have heard nothing about the book. I have been watching my e-mail, and have not received any information as to whether the book has been shipped or not. I would appreciate hearing from you. Hopefully it will arrive today!
