two and a half months ago, my husband and I bought a large bookcase/unit for our living room...We asked how long it would take to be ready and were asked to pay a small deposit, which we did.

We werent given a date when it would be ready, but my husband was asked to give the full amount, which he unfortunately did. Each time we call to find out a date, we are given a vague answer, and fobbed out.
In the meantime, we still havent received our expensive purchase.
