I booked a room in San Remo Hotel, Rome. I had to cancel this because of changed circumstances. On 20th July I received an e-mail that I would receive repayment in 15 days. This is now September 24. I have sent repeated e-mails to this company with no result. If I do not receive notice from this firm by 25th Sept. I shall consult my lawyer and the police and get in touch with a couple of newspapers who specialise in this matter.
