I recently purchased the new Motorola I1 for Boost Mobile for $350. I have had nothing but trouble with Boost and This I1 from the outset. For 4 weeks most of my incoming callers were getting the please wait for the subscriber to be located then being routed to my voicemail without my phone even ringing. I got nowhere with customer service despite being told numerous times they could fix my problem ( I was even hung up on by a supervisor). I contacted Best Buy where I purchased the phone and they swapped it for a new one, no questions asked (hats off to Best Buy). Same problem with the new phone! I was told to contact Motorola, which I did three weeks ago and was promised a call back later that evening, Still waiting (gave them my home # so I could be sure the phone would ring). Total rip off and a waste of $350 for about six weeks of lousy service. I switched to Tmobile yesterday, and my phone actually rings. Stay away from Boost!
