	Dolt Finder April 14, 2011 None Best customer service in an online company ever!!! I ordered boots from this company and both they and the manufacturer did not have my size in stock. I was emailed that my item was out of stock and was called hours later to suggest a different size item. I took their word and got the suggested item. I fit in the 11w Rocky better than the 11M! Couldn't be happier!
	Dolt Finder April 13, 2011 Great Customer Service I ordered a pair of boots, but the told me they were out of stock and the manufacturer was out of stock. I was told they had a pair of Rocky in stock, but were a wide instead of a medium. They could ship the wide today, or I would have to wait for Rocky to have them back in stock. This company went out of the way to call me and inform me of the situation! I got my boots in two days and I think the wide fit better than the mediums! No doubt I will order from them again and again and again!
	Francev February 15, 2011 Stay away from this company, they will only give you headaches Absolutely terrible!! Stay away from this company, they will only give you headaches. I ordered a pair of boots, was told they were out of stock 2 weeks later then a week after they were supposed to be back in stock I had to call to see where they were and they told me they canceled my order, but I could place another order and it would be 2-4 weeks till they were back in stock again...outrageous! Worst company I've ever dealt with.
