Total and complete scam! Ordered and knew right away it was a mistake. Took my credit card but did not return order/confirmation number. Two weeks later two charges for one pair of boots, plus currency conversion charge. I cancelled my credit card and began a charge dispute. Interestingly enough I received the boots a month later. They are the most awful fake Uggs you could imagine. Hand stitching and short fur. The package was from China. I sent an email to the gmail address on their website, which comes and goes. Amazingly someone replied and said the only way he could give me the return address for shipping was if I provided him with an order number. Ha! After I informed him I never received one, his response was that I must have, and that was the only way he could help me. I suppose that is their loop hole? My credit card company says they have 45 days to respond to the dispute, we'll see what happens!
