This website is very deceiving. The order I purchased at exit was $20.00 cheaper than my e-mail confirmation. They did not show a shipping price, my e-mail said free, however they add it after the order is complete and sent to your mail as confirmation. Surprise extra money spent. They gave me stupid explanations, as I complained. My credit card co. said they were a grocery warehouse. My Ugg boots arrived in poor condition, with the sheep fur falling everywhere.The limitations are so awful, can not afford to send them back. I paid $106.00 for the $86.00 boots. They came from China, not Australia. I have learned a good lesson from a yahoo sponsored web site. I hope my credit card is still safe, their e-mail response was as a child would write.
