My husband puchased a pair of UGG boots for my daughter online from this website www.bootsuggstore.com. He is away on business and won't be home until December 23 so is doing alot of online shopping. He purchased these Chestnut Classic Tall Ugg Boots 5815Size:US 8your OrderID:[201011262054191937] $106.89 USD for that amount and when he got email confirmation they said it would show up on the bank statement as Cooldress.net.. When I recieved the UGG boots in the mail I could look at the box and tell the box was even fake.. I took the boots out and KNOCKOFFS!! I do not and will not support counterfeit items! So i contacted the company and asked for details on how to return the boots for a refund.. They basicly told me that shipping was to expensive and to give them to a friend and they would credit me $20 out of the $106 we spent?? Needless to say we are disputing it with Mastercard!!! Beware of this company as well as plenty others.. Latest news for 2010 Ugg boots are the #1 most counterfeited item!!!
