Unfortunately, I did not know that Bowen Investment Advisory was Silverwood Financial Services. We all need to get together to file a lawsuit. The BBB has over 38 unresolved complaints with an F grade. I think we have enough complaints to contact the attorney General of NYC. I already did an individual filing under IC3, BBB and the attorney general for NYC but for Bowen Investment Advisory. As of now they disconnected their phone line and never received my deposit back.
