BP shut cards off. Our company paid bill in full and the bank wrongfully held a check we had deposited when the check went through it stated uncollectable not NSF. We called the bank and the error was corrected. We then called BP GAS CARD and told them the error and to reprosses the payment. They stated that the cards would not be re-activated for 10 business days after payment clearance. The only thing I said was that I felt that was excessive and we could get another card faster than 10 business days. They did not reactivate the card and when we called they (Michelle) lied and said I told them to cancel the account. They will receive our 6 cards after we shread them into tiny pieces. Mobil sent speed passes overnight. I am not even an authorized account person. DO NOT USE BP GAS
