We custom ordered a couch and two chairs based on their compatibility. The chairs we received were NOT what were described in the pamphlet, and then they gave us grief when we tried to return the whole set. They let us exchange only the chairs for others, which do not match the couch at all. The chairs arrived poorly manufactured and the couch was under stuffed and poorly made.

When we complained, they sent a guy over with some loose stuffing to stuff into the pillows, rather than give us new pillows! Now they're misshapen and lumpy. They told us since we signed for it all when we received it they wouldn't exchange anything, only "repair it on site" (which is why the guy came with the stuffing).

Now we're stuck with substandard furniture that cost us over $3000.
