We bought 2 chairs and a couch from Braden's. The chairs were chosen from a photo and a "similar" piece was shown to us on the showroom floor. Upon delivery, they were not the same at all. They'd only do an exchange, not give a cash refund, even though we they mislead us. When we got the couch, it very poorly constructed. We called to order repairs and they have yet to call back to schedule the pick up. We spent $2000 for this furniture and are stuck with substandard items, two of which we didn't even want. Buyer, beware!
