After viewing an infomercial, I ordered the Brainetics software on a 14 day "free trial." I should have stopped the order after the third add-on product was pitched, but I completed the order. Instead of receiving a free trial, my credit card was billed for $179.00 within 24 hours. The two $50 gift cards that were supposed to have been sent after the order, were never received. The software did arrive in about two weeks. After receiving and viewing the program, it became quite obvious this product was not going to improve my son's math skills, so I started the process of securing a Return Authorization. Although the customer service associates were very cordial, 30 days after receiving confirmation from the Postal Service that the package was received by Brainetics, I have yet to receive the refund. I have placed two follow up calls with the company on this issue, both times being assured the refund had been processed, and would be received in my account within 3-5 business days.

I found the skills being described in this software were ridiculous. There was no relevance to normal mathematics operations needed to be successful in school. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone. STAY CLEAR!
