Pep Boys on Admiral & Memorial kept my car for two days while trying to fix my brakes that normally takes about an hour and half. They said they would call me when it was ready. They never called, I had to call them. Once I got to the store two days later, the manager Paul Frailey said sorry we forgot your car was on our lift. FOR TWO DAYS!. How do you forget that a car is taking up one of your 5 bays? They said they would get on it right away especially since it is already taken apart and would take 45 minutes. It took 2 plus hours. I got a 10% discount. A stupid 10% discount! Wow, I am impressed. Call their corp 800# in lobby, guess what Pep Boys don't even answer their calls except by automation and all it states is sorry you a had a bad experience and hangs up. What is this? Stay away!
