BrandFashionPark is a total scam and impossible to reach except by a phoney customer service chat line that keeps spitting out the same answer time and time again. I ordered 2 paors of jeans. After 2 months, and no jeans, I emailed BrandFashionPark, and they told me the items were returned as the recipient, me, never picked the items up from the post office. After further investigation I discovered that BrandFashion Park sent the items to the wrong address.

I asked to be credidted the cost of the jeans plus the $45 shipping cost they ask for. Since then I got one reply saying they would credit me. It's been 6 weeks since then, and I cannot get any sort of reply from anyone. I am so pissed off. This place sucks.
