Purchased a fathers day gift on 6/12/07 via ebay. The product wasn't shipped until 6/20/07 and was shipped to the incorrect address. Customer service does not answer emails and claims they can only take instruction from paypal (a 3rd party) and cannot correct an order when informed by the customer and will not contact Paypal regarding an incorrect order. If you call customer service, you may have to wait in excess of 30 minutes before reaching a representative. I would never do business with Brands on Sale again.
