They advertise full refunds/satisfaction. When I returned part of a shipment, they kept all of the taxes. I don't think this is legal, but they said "company policy" and would not budge. I vowed never to order again, but tried one more time. This time they took my order but later said they no longer had the item. Finally, I asked to have my name removed from their mailing list. I called a total of five separate times. They are still sending catalogs and post cards with women in bras on the covers.
