Last month of July I bought by credit card two T-shirts (84$) on the website of the Bravado Usa (that sells merchandise items), to be shipped in Italy, the Country I live in.
They never sent me the items I paid and, what's even worst, their customer service NEVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS OF COMPLAINTS!!!
I still don't know where my t-shirts are, or if I will ever be refunded of my money.
I tried to call them by phone, but it's very expensive and quite difficult for a non English mothertongue person to talk to somebody who speaks into another language, I only understood the they were going to ship my items in Italy soon...but this happened more than one month and a half ago, and I still don't have news about my order!!
This is the worst service ever, I will never buy again something from Bravado Usa and I suggest nobody does it too, because theirs'a robbery!!
