I worked for this company up until yesterday. I quit because i will not serve food that grows mold on it. They are very nasty when it comes to their food. they serve rotted veggies and molded fruit. i have had several complaints from customers. they are infesred with roaches, all though they have tried to kill them. i had a party of ten walk out due to the roaches. just read the reviews on this restuarant. they serve old bread. serve soup that is over a week old. they have nast drink cups and wine glasses. they are very unhealthy. do not always wash hands. they have only one waiter now that i quit. everyone never gets paid on time. the cook is behind four checks. im behind on checks. everyone quits. they lost their merchant account to run credit. they lost there lien service. they are not doing good business. this is all because the restaurant is ran poorly by the owner tj bennet...
