Breakaway Cruises - did not give a refund to my handicapped wife when she could not board the vessel, primarily due to medical problems. (Perhaps I should file a complaint under the disability law as well!. When we asked for a refund, we were told that the company NEVER gives refunds, no matter what the reason...yet that little note never appears on their brochure. The company advertises thru several of the resort & nearby hotels, so they have been contacted as well about the very poor & non-existence refund policy of 'no way".

Also the snorkeling trip that I alone took was a complete rip-off. The brochure states items which once paid for, were never delivered. (ie. fresh fruits & drinks...turned out to be rotted fruit and very warm 'lemonade'

Our cost for this disappointing 'vacation'' was $38

Don't go anywhere this scam company!
