This is much like the other complains I'v read. My order was changed for a cheaper dog and was assured my credit card would be credited for the extra $2011.00. This was in Nov 2010.
Not only have they not returned my money, the dog sent was not what they said he would be. He was the most miserable dog I have ever been around, He barked, peeed, pooped, and chewed on everything even though they guaranteed me he was at-least potty trained.
The dog was 9-months old. He didn't come with the micro chip they said was done and he had a bad ear infection. I finally gave him away and those people gave him back me and she was a vet assistant.
I had to get rid of him. Now I have no dog I'm out a total of around $3000.00

How do you fight a cheat and liar? I value my name so highly how can these people hold there head up high? Let me know if anyone is interested.
