I went to this repair garage to repair my volkswagan polo car lock we agreed a quote £30-40 max and we agreed that he would phone me if the price was different after open the car door. he didn't call me instead repaired the lock system with a 'new' so he says! handle which doesn't even match the car colour. He then gave me a £97 bill i said it was too much but he wouldn't give me my car keys until i paid and also i tried talking to him until he became verbally abusive. i paid him and got my car back. my car locks are not repaired the job is incomplete.
