Dear Sir/Madam 6/10/2010

My name is Arman Towfighi. I took my 1989 corvette for break system problem. I told Todd (service person) to check my break system. He called me and said that my brake booster need to be replaced. I asked them if rest of the brake system is ok. He said yes. He told me that will cost about $650 to repair it and I ok it. After service I picked up my car and notice that break pedal is going down too much. Therefore I told him and the manager that still break has problem. They told me that may be your break pads and break fluid need to be replaced. I asked them aren’t you suppose to check whole break system before calling me and giving estimate for my decision. They said well it happened this way and we charge you additional $150 plus additional expenses to make it right. I do not think this is a right way to treat costumers.
