Be Aware of the horrible customer service you will receive at David's Bridal in Richfield, MN. I placed my order and was given a date that the bridesmaids dress would be in, on that day I returned to the store to pick up that dress. To find out the dress was never ordered but they took the money for the dress out of my account. The managers never apologized for the mistake and never offered any compensation for the huge inconvenience. And to top it all off they still can not give me a date when the dress will arrive. I''m making sure to get the word out to everyone I know to NEVER shop at David's Bridal. I totally understand that mistakes can happen but the fact that they did not take responsibility for that and never apologized just blows my mind.
