I hired Bridges Limousine here in the SF Bay Area to get me and my family to and from the San Francisco airport in June 2008. We made a long-awaited trip to Maui. The limo driver WAS on time for the trip to take us to the airport the morning of our trip. I double checked with Bridges one week before our trip and again, the morning of our departure to provide my reservation number and make sure a driver would pick us up when we arrived back from Maui. We got into SFO after an almost 6 hour flight and I had been told to call their "hotline" number and that the driver would then "pull up" to get us from the holding area he would be waiting in. No one answered the "Hotline" for over 15 minutes. Then, when I finally got someone on the phone, they told me there was no reservation for us even though I confirmed it with them that very morning. No driver, no ride. We had to make other arrangemwents and it was several hours before we got home. I have never dealt with such an incompetent, rude, poorly run company in my life. Just for the record, this was the first Limo ride any of us had ever taken. Bridges limo turned the end of a lovely vacation into a nightmare.
