I purchased a briefcase from the Samsonite dealer in Libya, Alkabir Hotel shop. Unfortunately starting from the first month I had a problem with the locking latch; it got loose then fell. I went to their shop they explained they need to contact their superiors. Eventually I managed to meet their sales manager who couldn't do much. I called him over the phone number of times and every time he gave me the same excuse. the company manager did not answer any of my calls or emails. Result: briefcase still in warranty and i couldn't have it fixed or replaced. What is worse, is the way they handled the case. I do not recommend Samsonite products to anyone, myself i am switching to another vendor who cares.
