Purchased in June 2007, died in July 2008. Attempts to get it operating were done; change oil, gas plug etc. We had a one year contract taken out as well. This spring 2009 it still failed to work. My husband tried to get a repair but Home Depot has no record of our purchase. We used their card. We went to our Home Depot to get a carborator kit to see if that might work---- they don't carry the parts. Why sell a product and then not support it! after all Home Depot is a do-it-yourself type of store
