I paid for S&H on a trail sized of teeth brightener. I have not received the trial size yet and they have charged me $87.13 for some other product. When I placed my order for trial sized product. They did not give me any information. The only thing I was able to get from the company was the e-mail address. I went to the site and got the phone number and when I called I got a person that did everything except tell me I couldn't cancel. I had to let him know I was not going to stay on the phone trying to tell him I wanted to cancel. I asked for his supervisor and he finally said he would cancel.
