Bright Now Dental in Kent was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a dental office in my 47 years. Besides having to wait, I had to witness the Russian lady manager yell at the poor assistant which brought her to tears, in front of an entire waiting room of people. I have never seen someone treated like trash on their shoe, in front of an audience of people, like it was nothing. Her face was stone cold. I mean really, you are a manager??? I was so upset by witnessing this harrassment that I had to take my anger to the internet. I doubt they care much. They seem like a dental "fast food" chain that doesnt care about their patients, or their employees. They just want your money. Steer away from this place located on 108th and Kent Kangley by Rite Aid, Bank of America and Walgreens.
